$600 weekly rental for four persons; $35 per extra person.
Short term or long term available
$300 refundable deposit due within seven days to hold reservation.
Balance due two weeks before arrival.
$50 Cleaning fee deducted from deposit.

Cancellations require six weeks notice.
No Pets.
